This isn't an MW2 video, but I think some of this guys movements can be applied to any FPS. Watch how he peeks, never stops moving, also checking all around him, and just taking quick shots, never leaving himself exposed for too long. This is what you should do when you are clutching against 4-6 enemies, you have to be quick.

These are pretty cool.
I mean most of those spots and stuff are very impracticable though, seeing as 1, you'll probably be shot before you get into it.
or 2, the fact that you need another player to shoot you so you get that extra height.
Still good info though.
