Tattoo - 73rd CombatOps Regiment

Krum 53 posts	I hired someone online to design a tattoo for me based off my heritage. From most to least, I am English, German, Irish and alittle bit of Norwegian. The design is a lion and eagle, with a tribal shamrock-like shape around them, that hold weapons that represent Germany and Norway. I'll be getting it on my upperarm / shoulder. I'll prob be getting it within the next month. Let me know what you think about the design! Krum 53 posts	I went to the site www.deviantart.com, and they have a section of their forums where you can post lookin for artists to hire. I posted on there and got like 15 responses. Half of them didn't have styles I liked and the other half charged a lot, like around $60-100. One of the responses was perfect though. A style I liked and for cheap. It cost me $15 for this design, though I gave her $30. I'd recommend this person to you, but it took me almost 3 months to get this, and she almost never responds to emails and site posts. Pretty much zero communication lol. I'm glad you like the design, I also love it! Speaking of design, if you still do graphic design there are a plethora of site owners on the Enjin network who are looking for some graphic design help. Some sites are fly by nights, others you know they put some real time in to it. Right now there are a lot looking for some banners, avatars, buttons, and logos; that kind of stuff. Enjin is about to release damn near a 2nd version caliber upgrade which will include among other things a fully integrated site theme editor. I am sure the cries for graphic artist's help will quadruple overnight. If you are interested and selective, you could generate paid jobs in no time, in my humble opinion that is. I have faith in your work, thus my confidence. Check out the Enjin forums. I am a frequent author of posts there to say the least. Krum 53 posts	80% of my work is taking other pictures and then blending them together to look like one picture as a whole. I have little to no talent in drawing and doing things from scratch. I'm a editor, lol. Which means I can't really do that and get paid for it, because I'd have to "steal" other peoples work and edit it with other pictures or abstract art I create with photoshop. Not something I can call 100% mine, so couldn't sell it. I just do it for fun. Thanks for the info though! Other sigs I've created Posted Dec 22, 09

Krum 53 posts	Got the tattoo done. Its a little different from the original design, mostly because I couldn't fit it without lowering a lot of the detail from the middle area. That and I forgot to add my french heritage to it! The base is the Fleur-de-lis, and it turns into a celtic knot that merges into the rest of the design. Wish mine was free Mariani! But I got it for a decent price of $180. Took 4 hours to get it done. Other sigs I've created Posted Feb 23, 10
