The calendar sign-up system is extremely flexible and can be tailored to your community needs.
See all the players or characters who will be attending and get a quick count on filled roles, attendance status and any notes. Administrators can quickly invite or make edits to the event page.

The new calendar supports role management for any game. Features pre-defined roles for World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft Support
Schedule a dungeon run or a raid night in World of Warcraft easily. World of warcraft is supported out of the box with the following:

Forum Subscriptions
Forum Subscriptions
A new subscribe button appears in the forum view for each forum. Clicking this will subscribe you to the current forum and a notification will be sent to you when new threads are created.

Thread Subscriptions
You will also find a subscribe button in each forum thread. Clicking this will subscribe you to the current thread and a notification will be sent when a new reply is made.
Notification Types
There are 2 notification types for forum & thread subscriptions

If you start a forum thread, you will automatically subscribe to it. If you wish to unsubscribe just head over to your dashboard and click on subscriptions or unsubscribe directly inside each thread or forum.
Forum Subscriptions Management
A new section has been added to the dashboard, called subscriptions. The following features are available:

- Select who can administer all events.
- Select who can create and administer their own events only.
- Select per event who can help with administration.
- Further limit administration to attendance and invites.
- Enable per event signup, user roles and comments.
Advanced Repeatable Events
- Repeat events daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
- Further fine grain with every x days, weeks or months.
- Set weekly repeats with day selections check boxes.
- Set repeatable events to end on a certain date.

Sign-up & Attendance
The calendar sign-up system is extremely flexible and can be tailored to your community needs.

- Players can add notes & comments.
- Players can select attending character, attendance status, roles and notes.
- Player can set, attending ,maybe and not attending.
- Event admins can set confirmed, standby or no show status on users or characters.
- View which players are attending and what roles they sign up for.
- View the history sign-up status for each user.
- Automatically invite users of your choice via tags or individually.
- Invited users will receive a private message and a real-time notification.
- Select between character or user sign-ups.
- Manage roles like DPS, healers, tanks or anything!
- Set hard limits on attendance, invites and roles.

Event Roles
The new calendar supports role management for any game. Features pre-defined roles for World of Warcraft.
- Admins can create custom or preset roles
- Create custom role libraries to use with other events
- Select from existing role icons or upload your own.
- Limit users to 1 role only or up to 5.
- Set if users can set their own roles.
- Set role limits per role.

World of Warcraft Support
Schedule a dungeon run or a raid night in World of Warcraft easily. World of warcraft is supported out of the box with the following:
- Pre-defined World of Warcraft Raids with 10/25 man and heroic selections.
- Pre-defined World of Warcraft Dungeons
- Raid & dungeon Images are auto populated.
- Pre-configured roles for WoW raids.
- Character support with level and class list.
- Users can select roles and characters.
Configure Display Options
- Set the default view to be month, week or event list mode.
- Disable the view selector
- Disable navigation buttons
- Birthdays can also be disabled.

- Change the notification type of subscriptions.

Forum vote Updates
A few updates to the forum votes system has been launched also.
- In the admin a Reset Votes button has been added. This will reset all votes in the entire forum module.
- Clear votes per user. Reset a users votes to zero by hovering over their avatar in the forums and clicking clear votes.
