I am aware of the issue regarding all the channels and permissions being erased. While I don't believe Amy of our Cadre would or even had the permissions to do this, I am looking into what the hell is going on at our host company, and I hope to have the server fixed soon.

A little look into my local logs have produced these times stamps.

<19:44:24> *** You are now talking in channel: "BC2 (PUB)"
<01:26:00> *** You are now talking in channel: "Front Gate Checkpoint"

Then this morning I got about two hours of connecting and failed to connect logs up to 0812 MDT and then a reconnect at 0844 MDT

Obviously, this is/was not a minor bug and I am going through the server logs to try and see if I can't figure out what happened. The machine has not gone offline and it's only been the TS server process so I am almost certain the 2 times it has gone down is related to this security exploit.

Unfortunately the way TS stores their settings (in 1 sqllite file) and the fact it was just your server it would take quite some time for me to restore the channels/users from the backup created a little over a week ago.


I can help recreate your channels/server groups if you'd like as I can see them all being deleted in the server logs but actually adding the users back would need to be done manually. Let me know Steven and I apologize for this mishap. I did take a look at the SS you just sent and that confirms what I see in the server logs. I am on your TS server as well if you would like to speak to me there.
