Unless I'm reading all that wrong, both the updates should be done. The cPanel and our site show the server up, but empty, so if an update for the client is available, I'd suggest upgrading.

Seems PV decided to change our server IP without notice. The backup file that was used to create the new server may have your name formatted incorrectly. Each Ranger will need to correct this in their TS3 Bookmark as well as add the new IP. The process is as follows:
"Bookmarks" menu > "Manage Bookmarks" sub-menu (or CTRL+B); right click on the bookmark for our server with the old IP and select "Duplicate"; Modify the server name so you can distinguish between the two servers (ex. new 73rd); correct the "Address" (67.202.64.237), "Port" (8209), and "Nickname" (Tags Rank and Name) and then select "Apply" then "Ok".
To connect to the new server, select "Bookmarks" menu > select the NEW bookmark you just made.

Ironically, through all of our host's upgrades and changes, our server has never been down. Even when they were changing over their servers it was accessible on a back-up server, we just didn't have the correct information. Although they insist they sent our notifications in advance, I never received those particular emails, but I continue to receive their messages every other day. Odd.
As for your current issue, here is the final solution. What they have done is regardless of the IP of the server (as that may continue to change as they continue to upgrade their infrastructure) they have it routed to a domain name where coupled with our particular port number, will "always" connect us to our server. So I apologize for yet another change-up, but ALL Rangers need to edit your bookmarks to reflect this new address (keeping the same port):
TS3 wanted to keep binding to ALL IP interfaces on the machine and I could not get it to stop doing that until late last night so I apologize for the confusion. I finally got it to only bind to frost.pure-voice.net (208.100.46.160) and that will be the IP and DNS of the machine for a long LONG time hopefully now. The other machine we have had for around 5 years with no changes, it was just time to get a new machine as the hardware was starting to go.
It may have been the nature in the way the mass Email is sent that makes some of it get blocked. I have heard reports of it getting blocked when we send out the mass Emails and not when it's individual to them; not exactly sure why... The method in which it sends should prevent that but it's definitely something I am looking in to.

we got it taken care off someone got onto out TS server and gave himself as much permissions as possible (not full) and started kicking people. The NCOs and Officers are looking into this person and doing everything we can to make sure it doesnt happen again.
