SO FUNNY because i have been online looking for a new pair for when i get home and you just solved my problem lol i requested to be notified when the Razer Tiamat 2.2 are aviable.

those look rather promising, i just picked up the g930's per Forgottens suggestion and they have been great so far.

Wow, I wonder how these compare to my Logitech 5.1 surround sound system that I currently run. What level of sound quality do these provide compared to a fully capable Dolby surround sound system w/properly positioned speakers? I am truly curious to know the differences if there are any besides wearing a headset if the quality is the same.

So compared to a full dolby digital surround system the quality/clarity is better? Besides setting up the hardware, what else do the drivers provide? My PC knowledge is getting a bit dusty and all but as far as I can recall, a driver is just a program written so that the hardware can communicate with the OS properly and assigns an IRQ if necessary.

Hey Steve I was just thinking, did you mean drivers or channels?

Please explain further how there is more than 1 driver and if you know and what the benefit is.
