I will look into all member permissions myself, however, during the transition I am told that the 596th merger recruits are not yet wearing the 73rd tags. I will try to get all of them squared away, as well as communicate with the NCOs and Officers on the additional permissions needed for those Rangers formerly of the 596th who are due NCO ranks as well as those being commissioned as Officers.
