As we all know, the NCO is the backbone of any unit, and our eSports Gaming Teams are no exceptions. Promoting a member up the Ranks is one of the things that leaders enjoy most, however, being able to watch first hand as a Soldier makes the climb from "New Boots" to NCO is a real treat.

Today we add another leader-in-training to our NCO Corp and it is my privilege to announce the following promotion:

Joseph "ThEoN3nOnLy" Mariani has been promoted from the rank of Private First Class to Corporal, enrolled in our Regiment's Junior Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Training, and will soon be assigned as a Squad Leader within the 10th Modern Warfare 2 Battalion's Alpha Company. I am sure that this Ranger will prove in no time that he has the metal and maturity to lead one of our Virtual Combat Units to victory.
